Requirements

  • Academic degree in psychology or behavioral science.
  • At least two years of practical experience in the field of behavior modification or psychological counseling.
  • Familiarity with the latest therapeutic methods used in behavior modification.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with children and adults.
  • Proficiency in Arabic, with good knowledge of English.
In English:
  • A degree in psychology or behavioral science.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in behavior modification or psychological counseling.
  • Familiarity with modern therapeutic techniques in behavioral modification.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with children and adults.
  • Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.

Responsibilities

  • Design of behavior modification programs:
    • Create treatment plans to improve social skills and promote positive behaviors.
    • Reducing negative behaviors through customized programs for each case.
  • Dealing with behavioral and social disorders:
    • Supporting patients with a variety of behavioral problems, including:
      • Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
      • Oppositional behavior disorder.
      • Social adjustment difficulties.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team:
    • Working alongside psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive treatment outcomes.
    • Providing advice to families to improve the patient's home environment and support behavioral therapy.
In English:
  • Design Behavior Modification Programs:
    • Develop therapy plans to improve social skills and reinforce positive behaviors.
    • Address and reduce negative behaviors through personalized programs tailored to each case.
  • Handle Behavioral and Social Disorders:
    • Provide therapy for patients facing various behavioral challenges, including:
      • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
      • Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD).
      • Social adaptation difficulties.
  • Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team:
    • Work alongside psychiatrists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to achieve holistic therapeutic outcomes.
    • Offer counseling to families to improve the patient's home environment and support behavioral therapy.
